GROWING FRUSTRATIONS, INCREASING TENSIONS

As can be seen with the data visualizations, people are increasingly becoming wary and distraught at the state that America is in right now. Although we have public health officials on the ground that are helping to recommend best practices to get through this pandemic and safeguard America's public health, they are at the forefront of being cut should they fall out of line and directly contradict President Trump. Despite this all, with the amount of lock downs, quarantine, and social distancing orders, people are also starting to become frustrated with these regulations.

FAILURE OF CURRENT ADMINISTRATION

Given that the federal government has repeatedly failed the American people, state governments have taken it upon themselves to combat the spread of COVID-19 and build up their capacity to treat patients.As we move into the full swing of election season, there seems to be a renewed energy to elect politicians into offices so that they would be able to better serve Americans than the current people in office. Namely, there is fervent passion discussion about how Trump cannot be elected again especially with his conduct during this global pandemic.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

With the onset of the Digital Era and with social distancing measures in quarantine, people are now forced to have their interactions be focused online rather than in person. Now, more than ever, there will be an added emphasis towards understanding how people are reacting to everything that is going on from the global pandemic to the Black Lives Matter revolution.
